Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
Alpha Appliances Ltd. collects and holds personal data for the purpose of providing after sales service. Personal data held by us relating to customer will be kept confidential but we may provide such information to subsidiaries and associated companies within Alpha Group. Personal data may be used from time to time to: (a) notify you of special promotions and services, which we think, may be of interest to you; (b) and conduct consumer, product and services surveys. You have the right to view your personal data and to request amendment of any inaccuracies.
If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this circular, the English version shall prevail.
個人資料 (私隱) 條例
第一電業有限公司收集及持有個人資料的主要目的是為了透過我們的網站，為客戶提供個人化售後服務，以提高服務質素。 本公司所持有的個人資料將以保密方式貯存，決不對外透露，唯在集團內(包括附屬及聯繫公司)則只作有限度的資料透露。客戶的個人資料將用作 (1) 知會閣下有關本集團的宣傳及推廣活動和服務 (2) 進行客戶、產品及服務調查。客戶有權向本公司查核及更改任何不準確的個人資料。
如中、英文本有不相符的地方，一切將以英文本為準。 |
